The group from PMI had experienced some action and adventure in the Mother City on a wonderful Winters day. Drumming, gumboot dancing, Bo-Kaap spice tasting and many more eventful activities created interesting moments on camera. Lots of laughter, fun and games were enjoyed by all.

The group from EMSS started off with some action at the historic Hugenot monument, warm ups, stretches and some flexibility exercises got everybody in the mood. The excitement of Franschhoek took them to places where they tasted chocolate, cheeses and wine. Plenty of action and adventure had by all!
