HOW DOES IT WORK?
- A laughter session consists of laughing exercises, which are simple and fun, tension releasing’ exercises, combined with clapping, breathing and stretching techniques. Based on the concept that anyone can learn to laugh… for no Reason at all, without jokes or comedy. You don’t need to be happy or feel good or have a sense of humour to laugh.
- A laughter session consists of a series of simple and gentle exercises. While a lot of creative input is left to the person leading the session, all laughter sessions follow the same basic structure:
- Chanting, clapping and creating rhythm
- Breathing deeply
- Stimulating laughter through simple exercises and gestures
- Reflecting, meditating and relaxing
