If you're not Laughing you're not Learning!
Team Building Tip
Go offsite - Sometimes, just getting out of the office/house helps people interact with one another more freely. Even if you’re doing a team-building session that could easily take place in your boardroom, go offsite anyway to establish that this is not “regular” work.
Team Building Tip
For the best outcome get your team to dress up and strategize as part of the buildup to your event. When teams feel that they are part of the planning and get to prepare themselves mentally you'll have much better buy in from everyone.

Give your employees a break they so desperately need.
Team Building Tip
Don’t be shy to represent your brand when you’re out there in the world. Cool swag, company branded clothing, etc., can help create a sense of unity and can also help with recruiting when others pick up on the fact that you care about employee happiness and reinforce a positive company culture.

Team Building Tip
The more your employees trust one another, the stronger and more productive your team will be. Make sure that you reinforce trust and create a culture of support to keep employees happy and increase that bottom line. It’s that simple.

Team Building Tip
If your Team Build group consists of several departments, divide your teams so that there is an equal mix from each department in each team. This will help with interdepartmental relations and levels the playing field.
Team Building Tip
We find that by far the most successful team builds are those where the boss gets fully involved in the event, yet is not a team leader and is not the one giving the orders. Team Builds are a great opportunity for management to see their staff in action in completely different situations than they are used to and to identify the leaders and the problem solvers. Use it as a chance to get to know your staff and let them show you what they are capable of.

Why not include your team in a brainstorming session to find the best Team Building events or solutions for you. This will also give you some insight into what they're interested in or what they think needs to be addressed within the company. Remember #NoWrongAnswers during this meeting.
Team Building Tip
One of your key objectives behind planning team building activities should be to address the areas where your team might be lagging. These can be anything like:
Lack of workplace communication
Neglecting new joiners and their ideas
Irregular time management, etc.
Organizing team activities frequently is a great opportunity to address issues on neutral grounds before they become a problem.

This activity is a real hit and allows each participant to take their creation home or to display in the office.
Team Building Tip
Make it irresistible - Some team building activities are optional, but you still want everyone to show up. You can achieve this by making your team building so much fun and appealing that nobody will want to miss it.
Team Building Tip
Sometimes a bit of escapism is really fun and necessary! Events where people dress up, learn a back story and use some cheesy accents level the playing field and create neutral grounds for everyone to just enjoy themselves. Murder Mystery Events are known to bring the hilarious side out of any person.
Murder Mystery Team Event
No doubt about it but the deceased has been murdered! You will need to figure out potential motives and try to establish alibis in your effort to find the killer. Only problem is the murderer can and will lie, framing innocent guests with dodgy alibis. You will need to use your wits and detective skills to catch the killer in your midst or try and get away with murder by framing other suspects.
All that is needed from you is a sense of humour! You and your fellow suspects will interrogate each other, taking note of any clues, motives or alibis revealed to the group in order for you to catch a murderer!
Terribly fake International accents and over-actors are most welcome!
The Social Shoot Out
How do you interpret your brand slogan? How would you represent your company culture? What are your company values? We'll help you visualise it!
After stimulating the creative juices and firing up the fun factor with symbolism and creative photo activities, teams will write their own storyline and edit a 30-second video to illustrate their teams' experience of the brand or company culture! This is a fantastic way to allow the teams creativity to generate the excitement.
They will need to complete activities to earn props and enhance their team communication. The video will also encourage the team to reflect on what your brand or work experience means to them. We will provide great video editing tips and suggest editing apps that are free and very easy to use.
Lights, Cameras.... Action!
