Welcome & Ice Breakers (15 min)
The experience kicks off with a high-energy welcome led by an Adventure Works facilitator who’ll set the tone for a day of light-hearted connection and shared fun.
- We start by outlining the purpose of the session: to relax, connect, and have a good laugh—no pressure, just participation.
- Then it’s into a few short and humorous icebreaker games to warm everyone up and ease them into the experience.
Team Formation & Briefing (15 min)
Participants are split into evenly balanced teams, ideally 6–8 people per group, to ensure a fair and engaging experience.
- Each team receives colour-coded buffs or badges to spark some team spirit and a sense of playful rivalry.
- The facilitator explains the challenge circuit and shares tips for working together, solving creatively, and having maximum fun.
Challenge Circuit (90 min)
Let the games begin! Teams rotate through a series of 8–10 stations, each offering a unique challenge designed to test different team dynamics.
- The games are fast-paced, varied, and designed to get everyone involved.
- From brainteasers and strategy to physical fun and creative problem-solving, each task encourages collaboration, communication, and good-natured competition.
- Laughter, surprise, and teamwork are guaranteed as teams engage with each other in unexpected ways.
Scoring & Awards Ceremony (15 min)
Once all stations are completed, scores are tallied, and the celebration begins!
- We highlight the day’s funniest moments, standout team performances, and any surprise MVPs.
- The top three teams are announced, and the overall winners are crowned champions of the day—earning full bragging rights (and maybe a few cheers or jeers) for the year ahead.
